On World Mental Health day Spotify wanted to take a different approach to health and wellness. Curating a digital space of wellness, focused on sounds that heal. 

 

Linking up with Nature sound artist Louis VI, we followed him on a journey through the protruding greenery of north London, tapping into the nature that’s on our door step as he showed how the sounds of nature, the sounds on our door step, are the healer.
